Strawberry Jam on Toast

I am loving having some fresh strawberry Jam on my toast in the mornings at the moment, and have been dreaming of making my own lately, so looking for the perfect recipe, Have any of you tried making Jam with a recipe that you would like to share?

Chinese Honey Chicken at home

I spent another weekend baking for the hoards of children that seem to be taking over my house and saw it a perfect time to try out the beautiful baking enamel trays we have in store... They baked so nicely, and clean so easily. I recommend these highly for any keen baker/chef in need of some beautiful  kitchenware.

The Boat House, Palm Beach

I had Morning Tea and Lunch at The Boat House in Palm Beach yestersday, 

and even though it was such a horrible gloomy day, the atmosphere down there is still so lovely.
